After spending my entire life at Cumbres International School Mexico, I have come to realize that this school gave me far more than academic knowledge. It gave me experiences, friendships, and memories that will stay with me and shape who I am for the rest of my life.
Throughout these years, I encountered challenges that pushed me to grow, people who inspired me, and lessons that helped me understand myself and the world around me. Every moment — inside and outside the classroom — contributed to the person I am becoming today.
What have I learned from growing up at Cumbres?
What I take with me from my time at Cumbres goes beyond academics.
Throughout my years here, I developed values such as patience, courage, empathy, confidence, and responsibility. These are lessons that I know will continue to support my personal growth and guide me as I build my future.
Some lessons came from the classroom, while others came from challenges, friendships, conversations, and everyday experiences. Together, they became an important part of my education and of the person I am today.
What will I remember most about my school years?
As I approach the end of this stage and prepare to become an alumnus, I look back with deep gratitude.
I am thankful for the teachers who guided me, the classmates who walked alongside me, and the friends who made this journey meaningful.
More than specific moments, I will remember the people and experiences that made Cumbres feel like such an important part of my life.
How has Cumbres prepared me for what comes next?
Today, I feel ready to face the challenges ahead.
I know that everything I learned at Cumbres will remain with me, influencing my decisions and encouraging me to keep growing, learning, and becoming the person I aspire to be.
Leaving this stage behind does not mean leaving everything I learned here behind. It means taking those lessons with me into whatever comes next.
